Chicken Shawarma Bowl

Ingredients
For the Chicken
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowls
2 cups cooked brown rice or basmati rice
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1 cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup sliced red onion
¼ cup crumbled feta
Hummus
Fresh parsley
Lemon Yogurt Sauce
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper
Method
Cook the Chicken

Combine the olive oil and spices in a bowl. Toss with the chicken until evenly coated.

Make the Sauce
