Even a short daily walk is a gentle yet powerful habit that improves your fitness, boosts your mood, fosters companionship, and improves mobility in ways that ripple through every aspect of your life.

Moderators will share inspiring daily prompts, and your fellow Sole Sisters will be there to offer support and share reflections as we move through this uplifting journey together.

How The Virtual 30-Day Daily Walk Challenge Works

This Challenge is designed to help you build a lasting habit that feels good and naturally fits into your day.

The goal is simple: go for a walk every day, even if it’s just for ten minutes.

Because habits stick best when they’re joyful, we’ll encourage you to discover your own walking comfort zone and set a realistic, empowering goal that reflects the pace, distance, and frequency that feel right for you.

Each day, we’ll share informative and inspiring posts in the WhatsApp Challenge group to help guide and encourage you throughout your 30-day journey.

You’re also invited to share your progress — whether it’s your total distance, or simply a reflection on how your walk made you feel.

And of course, we love seeing your Ramble photos!

The Challenge moderator will drop in each day to share tips, encouragement, and inspiration — while Sole Sisters from around the world cheer you on and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
