This Challenge is to build a walking habit by going for a walk every day for 30 days.

Midlife and beyond is a great time to begin enjoying the benefits of moderate exercise, especially walking.

Walking offers many health benefits and positively impacts our overall well-being in numerous ways. It promotes fitness, happiness, companionship, and physical comfort as well as a wide range of health advantages.

It’s amazing that such a simple activity can significantly enhance the quality of our remaining years!

How The Virtual 30-Day Daily Walk Challenge Works

The goal is to walk daily for 30 days!

Post about your walk in the Challenge WhatsApp group, and cheer on your Sole Sisters!

Get more active, improve your mental health or prepare for an upcoming adventure!

It’s all about consistency—step outside, move your body, and share your progress in the group!

Moderators will drop by daily to share tips and inspiration while you get to know your Sole Sisters from around the world.

Everywhere is in Rambling distance with Sole Sisters.

Participating in our Virtual Challenges requires a paid Sole Sister Ramblers membership.

We offer flexible options to suit your needs—including monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time membership for those who want to join a single Challenge.

Members with monthly or annual subscriptions can join unlimited Virtual Challenges, while one-time members can enjoy access to a single Challenge of their choice.

All of our Challenges are hosted in WhatsApp groups. You’ll begin by joining our Challenge Launchpad—a welcoming space where you can ask questions, learn more about the Challenge, and explore our membership options. Once your membership is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to the private Challenge group.
