Carving out time each day to prioritize yourself can significantly reduce the physical and mental toll of stress.

Certified yoga instructor, Jane Witherspoon, will guide the group through this journey. She will help you develop and maintain a self-care routine that prioritizes a more balanced and fulfilling life by providing a daily activity focused on taking care of you every day. 

Self-care is not selfish; it is essential for a joyful life.

How The Virtual 30-Day self care Challenge Works

Our Self-Care Challenge is a wonderful way to kick-start your self-care routine. It’s designed to help you intentionally prioritize your mental and physical well-being.

The goal is to commit to these small acts of self-love, knowing that consistent, gentle care can truly transform your overall well-being.

Each day, the Challenge moderator will share a small, specific self-care idea—something simple you can incorporate into your daily routine.

With 30 actionable suggestions that easily fit into your schedule, you’ll find some you return to often and others that may become weekly or monthly rituals.
