Virtual Fitness and Lifestyle Challenges aim to help women in midlife and beyond improve their fitness, lifestyle, health, and well-being.

Our Challenges are virtual and hosted in WhatsApp groups. Moderators post instructions, ideas and inspiration while your Sole Sisters from around the world cheer each other on.

We offer several Challenges per month and Ramblers can repeat their favorites throughout the year to help build and reinforce good habits.

A paid Sole Sister Ramblers membership is required to join Virtual Challenges. Paid memberships help us grow and sustain the Sole Sister community, allowing more women to experience connection and empowerment.

Gratitude Journaling - 30 Days

This virtual Challenge encourages you to spend a few minutes each day cultivating gratitude in a journal — a simple practice that can boost positivity, reduce stress, and bring greater awareness to the good in your life.

Decluttering Challenge - 8 Weeks

In this virtual Challenge, you’ll take small, intentional steps to clear physical, digital, and emotional clutter—creating more space for clarity, calm, and joy in your daily life.

Daily Walk Challenge - 30 Day

This virtual Challenge will encourage you to go for a walk every day to boost your mental and physical health!

Daily Journaling Challenge - 30 Day

This virtual Challenge invites you to explore the power of journaling through a simple daily writing practice that helps bring greater clarity, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

Self Care Challenge - 30 Days

This virtual Challenge encourages you to intentionally prioritize your mental and physical well-being through simple daily practices that support greater balance, energy, and resilience.

Camino TRAINING CHALLENGE - 10 Weeks

This virtual Challenge offers a structured training plan to help you prepare—physically and mentally—for your Camino adventure.

It includes a weekly walking schedule, strength and stretching exercises, and practical tips to support every step of your journey.

Book Club Reading Challenge - 12 months

In this virtual Challenge, Naomi Weismen, editor of our Rambler Cafe Blog, curates an inspiring reading list featuring a new book each month, complete with a thoughtful reading guide.

Participants read, reflect, and share their perspectives—then collaborate to create a collective book review.

The virtual What’s for Dinner? Challenge serves up monthly dinner themes, simple whole-food recipes, and fun prompts to keep you inspired.
