The 14-Day Stretch and Strength Challenge is designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and flexible—three essentials for staying vibrant and confident through midlife and beyond.

Led by Sole Sister Rambler founder and certified yoga instructor Jane Witherspoon, you’ll learn 13 simple but powerful stretching and strengthening exercises. Each day, you’ll receive three versions—gentle, moderate, and challenging—so you can choose what feels right for your body.

On the final day, Jane shares flowing sequences that bring everything together into a beautiful routine you can continue long after the Challenge ends.

This Challenge is an invitation to show up for yourself each day, building steady strength and creating space through intentional stretching. It’s a chance to feel your body grow more open, capable, and supported as you move with purpose and awareness.

Move With Intention

The Challenge is designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and flexible—three essentials for staying vibrant, confident, and connected through midlife and beyond.

As women in midlife and beyond, our bodies and lives naturally evolve, and so should the way we move and care for ourselves.

This Challenge is about embracing that evolution with grace, curiosity, and self-compassion.

Most importantly, this Challenge is an invitation to show up for yourself each day—to breathe deeply, move with mindfulness, and nurture not only your body but also your sense of balance and well-being, one stretch, one breath, and one day at a time.

Stronger Every Day

Led by Sole Sister Rambler founder and certified yoga instructor, Jane Witherspoon, you’ll be guided through 13 simple yet powerful stretching and strengthening exercises that can easily fit into your daily routine.

Each day of the Challenge, you’ll receive three versions of the exercise for that day—gentle, moderate, and challenging—so you can choose what feels best for your body.

With clear written instructions and Jane’s compassionate daily coaching, you’ll feel supported, encouraged, and inspired every step of the way.

Most videos are under five minutes, with safe, step-by-step guidance.

As the Challenge progresses, you’ll gradually build on what you’ve learned, creating a steady, balanced practice you can truly make your own.

On the final day, Jane will share flowing sequences that weave all the movements together—offering you a beautiful routine you can continue practicing long after the Challenge ends.

Simple & Cheerful

The simple exercises can be done at home or out Rambling, with no special equipment needed.

And as always, your Sole Sisters around the world are invited to share their wisdom and cheer one another on.
