In this virtual Challenge certified yoga instructor, Jane Witherspoon, will take you through daily stretching and strengthening exercises, each day, sharing three videos (beginners, intermediate and advanced) with easy-to-follow instructions while offering empathetic personal daily coaching
The final day she will share videos incorporating the stretches into flowing sequences that you can practice daily.
These simple exercises can be done at home or while you are out Rambling without special equipment and are designed to fit into your daily routine.

Participating in our Virtual Challenges requires a paid Sole Sister Ramblers membership.
We offer flexible options to suit your needs—including monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time membership for those who want to join a single Challenge.
Members with monthly or annual subscriptions can join unlimited Virtual Challenges, while one-time members can enjoy access to a single Challenge of their choice.
All of our Challenges are hosted in WhatsApp groups. You’ll begin by joining our Challenge Launchpad—a welcoming space where you can ask questions, learn more about the Challenge, and explore our membership options. Once your membership is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to the private Challenge group.
