How It Works!

Daily Check-ins

Certified yoga instructor, Jane Witherspoon, will introduce a daily exercise, for 11 days with a video and easy-to-follow instructions.

For the final 3 days, she will incorporate the stretches into flowing sequences you can practice daily.

Cheering Squad

Participants will post pictures of their exercises and cheer on their Sole Sisters.

Supportive and empathetic coaching will help you carve out time daily to stretch, and build your strength.

At Home

The simple exercises can be done at home or while Rambling, without special equipment.

Ramblers who purchase paid memberships help us keep our Sole Circles, joy-filled Facebook Group, and Rambler Cafe Blog and Newsletter free and accessible to all our Sole Sisters!

We offer a range of paid memberships, including a monthly $5 USD or $60 USD annual membership and several one-time membership options. This allows our Ramblers to select a level of support that best fits their budget while enjoying the benefits of our community.

Monthly and annual members have unlimited access and first priority when joining for all of our Fitness and Lifestyle challenges!

You can also purchase a $5 USD one-time membership to gain access to a single challenge.
