Ramblers' Fitness and Lifestyle Challenges aim to help women in midlife and beyond improve their fitness, lifestyle, health, and well-being.

Our Challenges are virtual and hosted in WhatsApp groups. Moderators post instructions, ideas and inspiration while your Sole Sisters from around the world chat, ask questions and cheer each other on.

We offer 3 Challenges a month and repeating their your favorites helps build and reinforce good habits.

Stretching & Strengthing Challenge

This 14-day Challenge will help you maintain and boost your strength, balance, and flexibility—key ingredients for staying healthy as you age.

Daily Step Challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to take more steps each day to boost your health and longevity!

Gratitude Journaling

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to spend some time each day cultivating gratitude in a journal.

Moderators will post daily prompts, while your Sole Sisters share insights and support each other on this empowering journey.

Decluttering Challenge

This 30-day Challenge will help you focus on what is essential and meaningful in your life.

We'll offer a guided approach to reducing physical, digital, and emotional clutter through small, daily actions that help build long-term habits.

Daily walk challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to go for a walk every day to boost your mental and physical health!

Daily Journaling Challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to write your thoughts and feelings in a journal every day.

Moderators will post daily prompts, share tips for establishing a journaling practice.

Self Care Challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to intentionally prioritize your mental and physical well-being.

A moderator will share daily tips to support you in building healthy habits, reduce stress, and explore new activities.

Camino TRAINING CHALLENGE

This 3-month challenge provides a structured training plan to help you complete a Camino.

It includes a weekly walking schedule, strength and stretching exercises, and valuable tips for preparing for a life-changing experience on the Camino.

It includes advice on packing, route planning, accommodation, shoes, blisters, and much more.

Book Club Reading Challenge

In this ongoing Challenge Nomi will provide a reading list that includes a new book each month, along with authors' biographies and book reviews.

Participants read and discuss the chosen book of the month and collaborate to create a collective book review!
