Virtual Fitness and Lifestyle Challenges aim to help women in midlife and beyond improve their fitness, lifestyle, health, and well-being.
Our Challenges are virtual and hosted in WhatsApp groups. Moderators post instructions, ideas and inspiration while your Sole Sisters from around the world chat, ask questions and cheer each other on.
We offer at least three Challenges per month and Ramblers can repeat their favorites throughout the year to help build and reinforce good habits.
Participating in our Virtual Challenges requires a paid Sole Sister Ramblers membership.
Members with monthly or annual subscriptions can join unlimited Virtual Challenges, while one-time members can enjoy access to a single Challenge of their choice.

This 3-month virtual Challenge provides a structured training plan to help you complete a Camino.
It includes a weekly walking schedule, strength and stretching exercises, and valuable tips for preparing for a life-changing experience on the Camino.
It includes advice on packing, route planning, accommodation, shoes, blisters, and much more.
In this ongoing virtual Challenge Nomi will provide a reading list that includes a new book each month with a reading guide.
Participants read and discuss the chosen book of the month and collaborate to create a collective book review which we will publish on our website.
