Go for a walk every day to boost your mental and physical health!

Post your daily walk and cheer on your fellow Sole Sisters while moderators post daily tips and inspiration.

Ramblers' Stretch & Strength Challenge

Next one starts February 15th, 2025.

This 14-day Challenge will help you maintain and boost your strength, balance, and flexibility—key ingredients for staying healthy as we age.

RAMBLERS' MULTI-DAY WALK TRAINING CHALLENGE

Starts March 1st 2025.

This 6-week Challenge will coach you through a structured training plan to walk for more than 5 hours daily for multiple consecutive days.

Paid memberships fuel everything we do in our community, and that is why we say we’re Rambler-Powered.

Ramblers who purchase paid memberships help us keep our Sole Circles, joy-filled Facebook Group, and Rambler Café Blog and Newsletter free and accessible to all our Sole Sisters!

We offer a range of paid memberships, including a monthly $5 USD or $60 USD annual subscription and various one-time memberships.

This allows our Ramblers to select a level of support that best fits their participation and budget while enjoying the benefits of our community.

Monthly and Annual paid members have unlimited access to all our Fitness and Lifestyle Challenges!

You can also purchase one-time access to a single challenge for $5.
