Moderators will post daily prompts, share tips for establishing a journaling practice and spark empowering discussions.
This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to intentionally prioritize your mental and physical well-being.
A moderator will share daily tips to support you in building healthy habits, reduce stress, and explore new activities.
This 8-week Challenge offers a structured training plan to walk for more than 6 hours daily for multiple consecutive days.
It incorporates weekly walks, guided strength, stretching, stamina-building activities, and helpful tips for a successful Camino de Santiago.
We are accepting new members in early June for our July book selection.
Nomi will provide a reading list that includes a new book each month, along with authors' biographies and book reviews.
Participants will read and discuss the chosen book of the month and collaborate to create a collective book review!
