Challenges are perks for our paid members. Paid memberships support everything we do and keep our Sole Circles free!

Daily Journaling Challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to write your thoughts and feelings in a journal every day.

Moderators will post daily prompts, share tips for establishing a journaling practice and spark empowering discussions.

Self care challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to intentionally prioritize your mental and physical well-being.

A moderator will share daily tips to support you in building healthy habits, reduce stress, and explore new activities.

Next one starts April 1st
Daily walk challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to go for a walk every day to boost your mental and physical health!

You'll post your daily walk in the group, and cheer on your Sole Sisters while moderators post daily tips and inspiration.

Stretching & Strengthing Challenge

This 14-day Challenge will help you maintain and boost your strength, balance, and flexibility—key ingredients for staying healthy as you age.

CAMINO De Santiago TRAINING CHALLENGE

This 8-week Challenge offers a structured training plan to walk for more than 6 hours daily for multiple consecutive days.

It incorporates weekly walks, guided strength, stretching, stamina-building activities, and helpful tips for a successful Camino de Santiago.

Daily step challenge

This 30-day Challenge will encourage you to take more steps each day to boost your health and longevity!

Post your daily steps, and cheer on your Sole Sisters while moderators post daily tips and inspiration.

Book Club Reading Challenge

A moderator will share a reading list, authors biographies and book reviews.

Together, participants will read and discuss the books!
