Join the Ramblers' 30-day Journaling Challenge

The goal of this Challenge is to write your thoughts and feelings in a journal daily.

A moderator will share daily prompts and tips for creating a journaling practice.

Journal writing has many mental health benefits. It creates space to organize your thoughts and helps you understand your emotions. It also helps you gain clarity on complex issues enabling you to improve your emotional regulation and reduce your anxiety.

How it Works

The goal is to spend some time every day for 30 days recording your thoughts and feelings in a journal.

A moderator will share daily prompts and tips for creating a journaling practice.

Participants will be encouraged to share insights from their journal entries with the group and support each other on this empowering journey.
