How The Virtual 30-Day Daily Gratitude Journaling Challenge Works

Daily Check-ins

Each day, the Challenge moderator will share inspiring posts and prompts in the WhatsApp Challenge group to support you on your gratitude journey.

The daily prompts include a thoughtful question and a few encouraging words to guide your writing.

They’re designed to gently spark reflection, highlight the positive moments in your day, and help you explore your thoughts and feelings—making it easier to connect with your sense of gratitude.
