The Virtual Daily Gratitude Journaling Challenge, will encourage you to spend some time each day cultivating gratitude in a journal.

Moderators will share inspiring daily prompts in the Challenge WhatsApp group, while your Sole Sisters will exchange insights and support each other on this empowering journey.

Practicing gratitude regularly can enhance positivity, boost self-esteem, improve sleep quality, increase happiness, and reduce stress.

Journaling enables you to organize your thoughts and better understand your emotions. It can also offer clarity on complex issues, helping you improve emotional regulation and decrease anxiety.

Cultivating a gratitude practice through journaling is an excellent way to bring the benefits of both practices into your daily life.

We invite you to spend time each day writing about your thoughts and feelings in your journal.

Daily Check-ins

A moderator will share daily prompts to help you consider the things in your life you are most grateful and offer tips for creating a journaling practice.

Support & Connection

Share your insights and offer your Sole Sisters support on this empowering journey.

Participating in our Virtual Challenges requires a paid Sole Sister Ramblers membership.

We offer flexible options to suit your needs—including monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time membership for those who want to join a single Challenge.
