Our website accepts multiple global currencies, and prices may vary depending on your location. You can use the currency toggle in our website footer to view prices and pay in your preferred currency.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Sole Sister Ramblers is a global community with members around the world. To serve our international audience, we partner with a third-party merchandise supplier that works with local vendors in over 140 countries.

This partnership allows us to ship merchandise globally while doing what we can to avoid duties and minimize shipping costs.

Orders are processed and shipped immediately after they’re placed, so cancellations are not possible.

Before you purchase, please check the size guide on the product page. Measurement instructions are at the bottom of each page.

Our merchandise partner only accepts returns for items that arrive damaged or for incorrect shipments.

If your item is damaged or the wrong product was sent, please take a photo and email us and we’ll coordinate the return and refund.

We’re not able to accept returns for sizing issues or preference (for example, if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like the style). We appreciate your understanding.

That said, if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, we still want to know. Please email us with your concerns so we can do what we can to make it right.

Please allow up to 3 business days processing time for your order to be shipped.

Orders typically arrive within 10 business days (3 days to print the item and 4-7 days to ship) but it varies depending on what country you live in.
