This Challenge encourages you gradually increase the number of steps you take each day—supporting heart health, improving circulation, boosting energy, and helping you maintain strength and mobility.

As women in midlife and beyond, our bodies and lives naturally evolve, and small daily choices—like taking a few more steps—can play an important role in maintaining vitality and overall well-being.

Most importantly, this Challenge is an invitation to show up for yourself each day—building simple, healthy habits and caring for your body one step at a time.

Daily Check-ins

Each day of the Challenge, our moderator will share a short post of inspiration and encouragement, along with practical, simple ideas to help you naturally increase the number of steps you take each day—making it easier to build healthy habits and keep moving forward one step at a time.

Support and connection

One of the most special parts of a Sole Sister Ramblers Virtual Challenge is the encouragement from your Sole Sisters along the way.

Women from around the world share their progress, celebrate small wins, and cheer each other on—creating a warm, supportive space where everyone feels welcome.

Whether you’re having a great day or struggling to show up, there’s always a Sole Sister ready with a kind word, a bit of motivation, or a celebratory emoji to remind you that you’re not doing this alone.
