I'm divorced after 30 years. I’m scared to date again and unsure if I’m ready. I miss companionship but fear getting hurt. How do I start over?

Lately, I have been crying at the drop of a hat, and when I say crying, I mean full-on tears. I’m not sad. I’m not depressed. I am emotional!! Is it just me, or is this some midlife rite of passage that no one has warned me about?

I am considering breast reduction surgery. I am so fed up with the constant back and neck pain, the indents in my shoulders from bras, balance issues and painful chafing from underwire. I love to ramble and even that bothers me now.

I think my 30 year old daughter's boyfriend is totally wrong for her and taking advantage of her. He is unemployed and doesn’t  have any ambition.I want to say something to her but am so afraid that she may not talk to me again.

I’m in my late fifties, divorced for two years and nothing romantic or sexual for almost ten years. I'm about to cross the line from friendship to romance and I am freaking out!!

I have a good friend who I adore but anytime I share something in my life she feels the need to one-up me. If she can’t think of anything she changes the subject completely. 

Menopausal night sweats!! I wake up drenched, looking like I have run a marathon in my sleep and my bed turns into a waterpark!! I toss and turn all night, desperately seeking relief.

I love cats. My son's wife is highly allergic. When our cat died my son has asked me not to get another. I've tried. I miss the companionship. What do I do?

I’m grappling with the decision to undergo genetic testing for Alzheimer's disease. Is it better to know or not to know? Would I be better prepared if I knew this was my fate? 

I'm part of a group that meets regularly, a few women have told me they don't want to join if a particular person is there. Do I start a new group that excludes this person? I don't want to create drama or hurt anyone's feelings.

I have a wedding coming up, and I am debating whether or not to wear shapewear. Do girdles even exist anymore? What are women wearing these days?

I’m not brave enough to own up to it. Why is there such a taboo about farting? It took me forever to “let one go” in front of my partner. I cringe to think of anyone else hearing my bodily sounds.

My grey hair is mousy and frizzy. I am of two minds. I can continue to color and highlight my hair as usual, or I could start to highlight and color my hair a tone of grey that suits my complexion. How do I handle this transition?

Oral sex … there it is! Who is doing it, and who is not? Do you enjoy it? Do you still want to do it? Do you do it just because you think you should?
