Shipping Times

Our merchandise supplier collaborates with vendors in 140 countries, so your shirt will likely be produced and shipped from the country where you reside. Please note that production and shipping times can vary by country.

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, you can expect delivery to take an additional 3-10 days.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Returns

Before making your purchase, please be sure to check the size guides on our product pages. Measurement instructions are at the bottom of each page.

Our merchandise partner only accepts returns for faulty or incorrectly shipped products. If your item arrives damaged or our merchandise partner accidentally ships the wrong item, please take a picture and email it to us at hellorambler@solesisterramblers.com, and we will facilitate a return and refund.

We cannot accept returns for if your item doesn't fit or you do not like it. 

We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you that we're here to help if you encounter any issues with your order.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Sorry, once you place your order, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Sole Sister Ramblers is a global community with Ramblers in many countries. To provide merchandise to our worldwide audience, we have partnered with a third-party supplier that works with local merchandise vendors in 140 countries.

This partnership allows us to ship items to Ramblers worldwide without incurring excessive duties and shipping charges that would result from managing merchandise from a single country of origin.

Your order is processed and shipped very shortly after it is placed, and our supplier cannot accept cancellations after it has shipped.
