Returns
Before making your purchase, please be sure to check the size guides on our product pages.
Our merchandise partner only accepts returns for faulty or incorrectly shipped products. If your item arrives damaged or our merchandise partner accidentally ships the wrong item, please take a picture and email it to us at hellorambler@solesisterramblers.com, and we will facilitate a return and refund.
We cannot accept returns for if your item doesn't fit or you do not like it.

This partnership allows us to ship items to Ramblers worldwide without incurring excessive duties and shipping charges that would result from managing merchandise from a single country of origin.
Your order is processed and shipped very shortly after it is placed, and our supplier cannot accept cancellations after it has shipped.
