We operate our website platform using a single global currency, as our system cannot support multiple currencies.
Since our community of Ramblers includes members from all over the world, we have chosen the US Dollar (USD) as our base currency. The USD is currently the most widely used international currency.
Our founders are from Canada, where they became friends, but life has taken them on exciting journeys around the globe. Today, they call Canada, the United States, and Spain home.
The website software automatically converts prices into your local currency based on location. Therefore, while prices on our site are listed in USD, you will see them displayed in your local currency when you visit.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Sole Sister Ramblers is a global community with Ramblers in many countries. To provide merchandise to our worldwide audience, we have partnered with a third-party supplier that works with local merchandise vendors in 140 countries.
This partnership allows us to ship items to Ramblers worldwide without incurring excessive duties and shipping charges that would result from managing merchandise from a single country of origin.
Your order is processed and shipped very shortly after it is placed, and our supplier cannot accept cancellations after it has shipped.
Before making your purchase, please be sure to check the size guides on our product pages. Measurement instructions are at the bottom of each page.
Our merchandise partner only accepts returns for faulty or incorrectly shipped products.
If your item arrives damaged or our merchandise partner accidentally ships the wrong item, please take a picture and email it to us at hellorambler@solesisterramblers.com. We will facilitate a return and refund.
We cannot accept returns if your item doesn't fit or you do not like it.

Orders typically arrive within 10 business days (3 days to print the item and 4-7 days to ship) but it varies depending on what country you live in.
