Journal writing has many mental health benefits.

How it Works

The goal is to spend 20 minutes daily for 30 days recording your thoughts and feelings in a journal.

Each of the 4 weeks will have a different theme, and moderators will provide daily prompts and tips for establishing a journaling practice.

Participants will be encouraged to share insights from their journal entries with the group and support each other on this empowering journey.

We offer a range of paid memberships, including a monthly $5 or $60 annual subscription and several options for one-time memberships. This allows our Ramblers to select a level of support that best fits their budget while enjoying the benefits of our community.

Monthly and annual members have unlimited access and first priority when joining for all of our Fitness and Lifestyle challenges!

You can also purchase a $15 one-time membership to gain access to a single challenge.

We host our Challenges in WhatsApp groups, so you must download and use the app to participate.
